These booties are convenient and mess-free, with an adhesive tab to keep the booties firmly in place on your feet. Leave booties on for 60-90 minutes, then remove and discard. It is normal to feel a cooling/tingling sensation during and immediately after use. The rough layers of skin will begin to peel within 3-7 days after treatment.
